We currently ship exclusively to customers within Canada. All logistical processes are optimized to ensure reliable delivery to all Canadian provinces and territories.

2. Shipping Costs & DDP Guarantee

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders within Canada.

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We operate on a DDP basis. This means the price you pay at checkout is the final price.

  • No Hidden Fees: All applicable customs duties, import fees, and Canadian taxes (GST/HST) are included in your order. You will not be required to pay any additional charges to the courier upon delivery.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM (EST).

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Note: Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed starting the following Monday.

4. Transit & Delivery Times

  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Please note that while we strive for punctuality, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by external factors like extreme weather or regional logistical delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at info@oliviamaldonado.com. We will conduct an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

7. Delivery Address Notice

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Olivia Maldonado is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
