At Olivia Maldonado, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return process is straightforward and fully compliant with Canadian Consumer Protection laws.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

  • Packaging: Original packaging, all tags, and any included accessories must be returned.

  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or original receipt must be provided.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we made a mistake with your order, Olivia Maldonado covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., style preference or wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email info@oliviamaldonado.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide the address of our dedicated return warehouse.

  3. Important Notice: Please do not send returns to our administrative office in Ottawa, as they cannot be received or processed there. Items sent without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 3 business days.

  • Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • DDP Guarantee: Since we ship all orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), your refund will include the full amount paid at checkout (including the taxes and duties we covered for you).

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel, earrings, or final sale items cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
